How long will it take for me to receive the bracelet making kit I ordered?

Can I return an item that I am not satisfied with for a refund/exchange?

If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them but please first contact Customer Services by email, [email protected], including your full name and order number. Items must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items.

How to prevent the thread in the bracelet making kit from fraying while crafting?

First, trim the thread end at a 45° angle with the included scissors—it reduces fraying when threading beads. If the thread still frays slightly, dip the tip in a tiny amount of clear nail polish (or the included thread sealant, if your kit has it) and let it dry for 10 seconds. Avoid pulling the thread too hard during weaving, as excessive tension can also cause fraying.
